Xnergy Autonomous Power Technologies (Xnergy), a Singapore-based leader in high-power wireless charging for autonomous mobility, announced today that its PH Series has become the world’s first 1.5kW wireless charging solution to achieve FCC, UL, and CE certifications.

The milestone provides robotics manufacturers and autonomous vehicle OEMs with a single wireless charging platform that meets major regulatory and safety requirements across North America, Europe, and Asia, helping accelerate global deployment.

For developers of Autonomous Mobile Robots (AMRs) and Automated Guided Vehicles (AGVs), the PH Series’ triple certification delivers significant advantages in both safety and market access. UL certification, validated by UL Solutions and supported by rigorous production inspections, confirms consistent product safety and manufacturing quality. FCC certification verifies compliance with radio frequency exposure standards, supporting safe operation in industrial environments. Together with CE certification, these approvals enable manufacturers to streamline integration and reduce the need for separate regional certification processes.

“Wireless charging technology continues to advance, bringing important considerations around safety, performance, and compliance,” said Sherry He, Vice President and General Manager of Consumer, Medical and Information Technologies at UL Solutions. “Our independent testing and evaluation helped assess conformity with applicable requirements, supporting market readiness in North America and Europe while helping build confidence among customers, partners, and regulators.”

“Certification is about building trust, not simply checking boxes,” said Dr. CF Tong, CEO and Co-Founder of Xnergy. “Achieving FCC, UL, and CE certification reflects our commitment to delivering safe, reliable, and globally deployable wireless charging solutions. Customers can deploy the PH Series with confidence, knowing each unit has been independently evaluated against rigorous standards and supported by ongoing production oversight.”

Engineered for demanding industrial applications, the PH Series combines a compact form factor with high power density, delivering up to 1.5kW through a receiver pad approximately the size of a smartphone. Its IP65-rated enclosure protects against dust and moisture, enabling reliable operation in warehouses, manufacturing facilities, and outdoor environments. The system also supports wider air gaps, providing greater flexibility in robot positioning while improving charging reliability and simplifying autonomous operations.

The PH Series is designed for fast charging to maximize uptime and supports a wide range of battery chemistries, providing a versatile wireless charging solution for diverse AMR and AGV fleets.

Xnergy’s flagship 3kW BE Series wireless chargers received CE certification in 2020. With the addition of FCC, UL, and CE certifications for the PH Series, Xnergy further expands its portfolio of fully certified wireless charging solutions for customers scaling automation deployments worldwide.

“Our goal is to remove barriers to adoption,” added Dr. Tong. “By combining high performance, proven reliability, and globally recognized certifications, we enable customers to deploy wireless charging at scale and accelerate automation initiatives across global operations.”
